On many occasions we hear that some businesses breathe personality, those in which you really “feel” something special or those in which ultimately, they have a ‘stamp’ that does not leave us indifferent, either for their image, for how they are created, for its interior design, for a different atmosphere, unique and varied assortments, or its detailed and personalized attention.
Couple shops deserve this honor as they bring together each and every one of these features, but in addition, they have a differentiating cause that makes them more unmistakable/distinctive if possible and that’s 100% shared by our brand CONSERVAS BROTO. We relate to the human factor, the one in which the essence of the person excels over other constraints, the one that really identifies the people who managed it, or better yet that defines them by how they live it and how they feel it on a daily basis. We are talking about an amazing passion that’s breathed in their work, professionalism, enthusiasm, loving care, detail, dedication and absolute perseverance channeled all this in the authentic seal of identity that represents their shops and that’s impregnated in the customer who visits them.
One of them is our dear friend Daniel Manzano, in charge of his new and beautiful shop called ‘La Casa de Siempre’, located in Modesto Lafuente 6 in the city of Madrid. Just by reading the name of his shop, it surely transports us to our origins, to the best memories and feeling we all have in relation to our home, evoking the heart and soul of the usual gastronomy.
Our other great companion and friend is Iván Pérez, at the command of his 2 shops, ‘La Cremosa’, located in Carretera General Tacoronte Tejina 217, and ‘La Ardilla’, located in Carretera General Tacoronte Tejina 135 G, both on the beautiful and magical island of Tenerife.
