Talking about Daniel Manzano is speaking of a 40-year lifetime being fully dedicated to our beloved Spanish gastronomy and it’s delicious and tasty wines.
After his extensive career, he’s nowadays facing a challenging new personal project in this large gourmet and unique shop. From the privileged position of being able to know him and always counting on his inestimable availability that my beloved father did first and then who subscribes.
I can only say that this is one of a few businesses where once you’re in, it surely feels like entering that “trace” of wisdom and humanity as in this, highlighting the personal involvement that on a daily basis permits making a 100% well-done work with each customer. You will perceive it without a doubt when visiting its shop ‘La Casa de Siempre’.
