Summer is coming and most of us are on the hunt for the best “majestic nectar” to put in between two bread slices or maybe just eat by itself. Thing is that we cannot avoid to be at the beach and feel like a fried piece of walking-meat with some questionable farmer-tan. However, this doesn’t mean that we cannot enjoy the most delicious things we find in our way to make us feel a little bit better about ourselves.
The Bromar Broto cannery, which has been devoted for over 30 years to the canning of excellent fish, counts with, among other masterpieces, one of those kinds of tuna-belly that make our gastric juices go on a party. If you give it a try, you will feel how it melts into thin slices with a perfect balance of fat and taste. Its fantastic taste is thanks to those excellent and fatty northern-tunas fished in the Cantabrian sea at the peak of the season.
The preserves are prepared with fresh pieces that soak inside the can and, voilá!, the final juicy explosion it’s a neutron bomb.
These Bromar people know what they are doing. Try to serve some tuna-belly dishes at a dinner with friends and you will understand the birds of prey’ behavior without watching a wildlife documentary.
