Advised by a chef good friend of mine, I had the luck to get to know this authentic landmark tavern in Madrid.
Bodegas Rosell, opened its doors in 1920, it is a symbol of the capital, where one can sit down at its restaurant, or taste some good wines at the bar (they have over 200) accompanied by spectacular dishes or tapas, among which you can find some of our BROTO preserves.
The key matter is having good raw materials, such as cod, stuffed peppers, Spanish tortilla, meat, and fish, or foie.
The team is always thoughtful and efficient. It presents an enjoyable environment with blue tiles and iron pillars, amongst other vintage details, where to have a nice conversation with friends. Of course, not forgetting that in here the important thing is to relish the simple and excellent cuisine.
