In Conservas BROTO we do start once again the Galician Cockle campaign which begins every year by September/October and will last until the end of November approximately.
From the Ría de Muros-Noia 1.081 crew members and 466 shellfish gatherers will be mobilized for this campaign. With a huge effort of all of them and ours also, from its acquisition at the fish market until being carefully hand-packed in each can, with a single goal, bring to your table the best Galician cockle, all over the world best choice!
Our cockles are lovingly hand-packed always selecting the best pieces since 1989.
